Would these be suitable to wear when cleaning hot cooking grills

I like these gloves, I have lifted hot pans, hot baking trays out of the cooker at temperatures of 250C and never felt any sensation of heat coming the the gloves. I’m sure you will be able to clean hot cooking grills without feeling any heat.

how many days does it take to be delivered to Italy?

Sorry I don’t know, but Amazon.it (Italy) might be a a faster route if the recipient can order them from the Italian Amazon website direct.

Are these suitable for plating or using a knife in a professional kitchen?

I wouldn't use them for that especially using a knife because they're bulky

Can you remove the lining for washing?

Not without pulling it out. However if I ever need to clean the insides I would put wash them by hand in soapy water, rinse, and let them dry inside out.
