Amazing pc very impressed
Runs roblox amazing and fortnite, they have basically bought the parts and put it together for you which is awesome, even have the box for the gtx graphics card which is nice to see however it didn't come with the listed monitor or speakers or keyboard so I actually just plugged it into my tv through the hdmi cable and was glad I bought an extra keyboard and mouse separately, the worst part was they hadn't put the wifi dongle in so I had to get a ethernet cable and that solved that problem. Comes with the rgb fancy lights and a remote to select what colours etc. I'll be the first to say I'm a xbox ambassador and getting this pc was the best decision as I can literally bring up the xbox on this pc talk to xbox players and even use vids and chats and that so very happy with this pc. It has alot of paper saying read this and that but it's just basically how to plug it in other than that it boots up and simply asks you for logins etc it works fantastic straight away.

Brillant Pc took a chance and it paid off, after less then a year CPU stopped working avoid
Brillant so far, my son loves it and I had absolutely no problem setting it up, looks fab and is super quick well worth the money. So my son stated that the pc was turning itself on and off randomly, so i thought it was over heating, changed the power cable just in case and now the CPU is not working correctly which is constantly turning on and off and now wont send any power to the monitor keyboard or mouse, so disappointed as was such a good pc up until now!! Now got to pay out a fortune to get it fixed, looks like it is a common fault in this Pc so avoid. So turns out they cut corners with wiring, only costs a coupls of £ but they decided to use a cable that is no where near long enough which meant it was stretched and rubbing against another component and over heated and burnt out!! Could have been so so bad if it had set the computer a light, so I would be checking your wiring if you buy this comupter.

Great Service and Delivery, Computer worked straight out of the box
Ordered easily and delivered quickly:Pros:Out of the box set up easyworks perfectlylooks greatCons:Motherboard not named and recognised and therefore maximum RAM 16GB - not an issue out of the box, but little to no room for upgradingOther than that my son is really happy with the machine and loves playing games on it

Fine computer. Hard drive broke - subsequent customer service excellent
Bought this for my son's birthday. He has used it a lot since without complaint EXCEPT the hard drive doesn't work. The SSD works so my son depends on that only, but is now running out of space. Can't understand why there's only 1 month grace for return. But managed to phone company and they instantly sent out new hard drive without quibble.

Great Gaming PC and Phenomenal Customer Service!
It's not often you find a company going above and beyond for you!PC was perfect on arrival save for one of the fans' connections becoming disconnected during transit ( no fault of the company - these things happen)This wasn't a problem, being a PC novice I requested help and the team got back to me, supplied a new fan FREE OF CHARGE and provided a step -by -step video on how to repair it myself.13/10 would recommend again!Thank you!Keep up the great work

Buy cheap, buy twice - consider carefully!
I have had this PC for 18 months now. Early on, it became clear that it could not cope with me playing games such as Phasmophobia or Left 4 Dead 2 whilst using a dual-monitor setup. Both monitors would lose video input and I could do nothing, even though for a short while I would be able to hear the game sound. I can play games if I unplug the second screen and manually cap the FPS at 60.I tried replacing the PSU. This did not fix the issue. Instead of the costly route of replacing components at random one by one, I got somebody to take a look inside. They discovered that the PC is made up of cheap and old parts. The Hitatchi hard drive is date stamped April 2012. The RAM is from ValueTech and the GPU is from Palit. The motherboard is also old. I'm not sure about the PSU but the vast amount of thin brightly coloured wires coming out of it suggested that it was cheaply made.In more recent times the PC won't even boot up on the first try. It cuts out and I have to try and boot up again. I've since made the decision to upgrade the components in the short term with a view to purchasing a new PC in 1-2 years' time albeit not from this company.Consider carefully what you need this PC for. It is fine for surfing and playing games on a single monitor but it is not suitable for my needs. Other reviews state that this company sells refurbished PCs however the listing does not imply that at all. My advice would be to look elsewhere.
