I've always used this stuff.. it came in a bottle like any other spice! Since the pandemic: NO MORE REAL-LEMON POWDER! WHY?????!?! I've checked every possible store, repeatedly. WTF? Anyway, this stuff is the same stuff, only in little packets. That does keep the powder from clumping up (so what!), like the other stuff did; but the packets are small and go very fast. I use a lot of this lemon powder. Being very frugal, I HATE to pay such a price for those little packets...but there ya go. I did buy some "lemon essence" and "oil of lemon" and other such products in the stores: Yuck. Not the same. Have to have this one. Sigh!

Living by myself I don’t always have fresh lemons or they go bad too quickly. I keep Just Lemon on hand and also keep it in my purse. It tastes just like fresh lemon when added to good or drinks.
