I absolutely love this stuff! It works so well and has become my go-to lightener. I’m already almost out because it’s just that good. The results are consistent, and it’s easy to use. I’ll definitely be buying more soon!

This lifts incredibly and without causing excessive damage. Only use a 20 volume developer with this one though.

It’s pretty good. Exactly how I expected. It lifts up to 10 levels. So fingers crossed for my dark hair.

After all the science projects that have gone on in my bathroom trying to remove the orange from bleached extensions…my stylist suggested charcoal bleach. What??? I had no idea it existed. It’s awesome. Not dusty, toxic and super fast. Best of all it lifts to the nice beige blond that I’ve trying to achieve. Be sure to follow the instructions.

Lifted my hair from a 5 to 9. Took two applications. First 50 minutes, then 30 minutes. Had minimal orange , mostly yellow. My hair isn’t in the best of shape and is thin but had no hair loss, or breakage. 20 volume did the trick. Does need to be toned. And is not meant for scalp application. States on container. It is drying so I’d used a deep conditioner after. Over all, I’m satisfied with results, will use again.

You do not want to use any volume higher than 20 with this product - it works fast and really lifts ten leves as it describes! I love not having to do two rounds of bleach to get to a light yellow tone when I use this product and it is a miracle worker for those with dark hair trying to go yellow or platinum blonde. Please use a bond builder like olaplex or Brazilian Bond Builder as extra protection for your hair and check it frequently while processing. I can not stress how important it is to use a low volume peroxide with this product, its powerful and can fry your hair if you dont take necessary precautions. Dont be afraid to bring it to a professional to use it on your hair! I also recommend a deep moisturizing treatment or condition of some sort, just to rehydrate your hair after the lightening process. I willl purchase again, it's the best lightener I've ever used.

I purchased mine from Sally Beauty Supply and love it more than all the other brands! My hair was a darker kind of sandy brown naturally and I used to have to bleach my hair 8+ times to get the platinum blonde that I wanted and it always turned out brassier than I’d like, even after toning. Well this stuff right here?!? This stuff right here was a God-send! In 2 sessions I achieved the level of lighting that used to take me at least 7-8! Much less damaging and less time consuming! After 3 sessions, my hair is PLATINUM!!! I have very thick, coarse hair, so if your hair is thinner or fine, as with all bleach, it may be more damaging. But overall I HIGHLY recommend this product!

I have very very dark hair, level 2 dark, I have bleached my hair for a while now, but the regular bleach that I was using (Quick Blue) was only able to lift my hair to orange. I was able to get my hair to yellow in a half hour using 20 volume, it was virgin hair since I only did my roots to avoid damaging my already processed hair. I would not suggest using higher than 20 volume developer, it isn't necessary and can only lead to trouble, and you have to frequently check to see the lift. There are other reviews out there, and you can see that the reviews are either great, or awful. If used properly this is a great product.
