good assortment, fun pairing with Tajin (which is a kitchen spice staple),
I have the kit that includes six, 2 ounce bottles of assorted mixers, 1 jigger, 1 bottle of Tajin seasoning. Packed in a basic, but festive looking packaging. Stick in a gift bag with tissue if gift giving.Normally I see Margarita mixers being used at 1 ounce per drink, so with 6 small bottles I would say that it has 12 servings. Adjust based on your drink preference. Big drink? Use one full bottle. This is a pleasant little set. I think it would make a nice little gift, especially if add in a bottle of tequila. The mixers work fine for N/A drinks too. Looking at the other stuff on this page, I think the "ultimate" option that includes 2 branded mason jars, large bottle of classic mixer, a jigger, and a bottle of Tajin is the best value. My little kit is nice for trying different margarita mixers. If you dont care for Tajin to rim the glass, it is a tasty food spice. I buy it/see it at the grocery store. I like it on refried beans, potatoes, a little sprinkle on my burritos, stuff like that. Mmm. It isnt too spicy to me when use in or on foods, but it is a tad spicy when rimming a glass. I like this paired with the classic, skinny, or spicy mixers. Paired with the strawberry or watermelon is kinda weird but also kinda good. I havent tried it yet with the mango, I expect that to be extra good. Anyway, this has been fun to try. Glad I tried it. I didnt always use tequila, and I didnt always use the typical full amount of tequila. I also enjoy a nice N/A drink (because my body revolts against it not because I have any moral issue with it, haha). So I found some workarounds-- make a drink without the alcohol, or use a whole lot less. The spice of the seasoning and the sweetness of any of the mixers is a fun change up from the usual. If I were to get this again and have it with friends, I may have the usual sugar rim option as well as the Tajin.5 stars because it is cute, festive, and appears exactly like it does in pictures. I dont rate on price, extra hard to these days anyway. But I comment. I think it is a tad pricy for what it is, but its going to be a nice little gift or host gift for anyone who enjoys margaritas and enjoys trying something a little different (if they havent had tajin before)

Fun gift set with a variety of margarita flavors
I enjoy margaritas but don't make them at home that often, and I really haven't made anything other than a classic one. I thought this would be a fun set to try out.The set comes with six flavors, a small bottle of Tajin, and a jigger in a festive half circle design. It doesn't have any instructions. Yeah, I know, add tequila, but how much? I went with the assumption that the large side of the jigger (1oz) per bottle of mix would be right. I was tempted to also do the small side with some Cointreau, but I stick with just a shot of Añejo. I lined the rim of my glass with lime juice and Tajin. (The proper way would have been to use a lime, I know, and a dish with the Tajin.)The classic margarita flavor was good and tasted nice and refreshing for a bottled mix. (I should add that the bottles are glass, not thin plastic.) On the rocks, though, I wanted another! Blended is nice so the drink will last longer.I had not had Tajin before. It added a nice saltiness but I liked the chili and lime with it. I've heard it's good on fruit, so of course it'll be good with a fruity margarita. So, the classic margarita mix was just that, a pretty traditional flavor. The skinny was okay but definitely tasted artificial, kind of like regular versus diet lemon-line soda. Not bad, though, and it definitely improved with the Tajin. The spicy mix smells of jalapeño and was definitely spicy. Good for them for making a spicy version that actually had some heat! It was pretty tasty and paired well with the salt. Of the three, it was my favorite for fullness of flavor and how long it lasted (lots of flavor in each sip). On to the fruit versions, each had a light fruit flavor and none of them were overly sweet. This is a nice assortment. It would be a good gift for someone who's experimenting with cocktails and wants to try a variety of margarita mixes to find a favorite. (Once you know what you like, you'd probably want to buy full-size bottles of mix and seasoning.) I enjoyed trying all the varieties, and now I know I should go look for a good spicy mix. I'll enjoy finishing the bottle of seasoning, too, which contained far more than I needed for my drinks.

Good assortment of flavors to sample
This is a cute sampler margarita mix sampler set with a good assortment of flavors to try out. Cute half pinwheel packaging with six 2oz bottles of flavor - each a different flavor, a jigger, and a bottle of Tajin clasico seasoning. They are only 2 oz bottles so only good for one decent sized margarita each, but still a good way to sample. Stand out is the Tajin seasoning. I've had this before and really love the spice. It's great sprinkled on fresh fruit as well, in addition to using as a rim for your margaritas. Love the color and chili pepper accents of the packaging. Only thing is I'm a bit confused with who provides the margarita mix in case you actually wanted to get a larger bottle of a particular flavor. Tajin is the manufacturer of the spice seasoning, but the margarita mix itself seems to be a generic mix provided by Ten Acre Gifts. In any case, nice way to sample for yourself or with some friends, and good way to highlight the Tajin seasoning. Nice to give as a gift as well.
