This shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair so soft and has my wiry gray hair under control. Highly recommend.

Prob won't buy again. I however do really like their deep cond put a cap on after applying reg deep cond and let sit for a couple hrs. It's lovely.

So the bottle states this is made with blonde and gray hair in mind, with the intention of neutralizing brass. My hair is dark brown, but I used it anyways, and this is some of the slickest, smoothest conditioner I've ever used. It didn't leave my hair or hands feeling oily or sticky, but just very soft. The scent out of the bottle isn't the greatest, but once on your head it smells okay (it is still a very subtle scent). It is expensive, so that is one downside. Aside from that, this stuff is wonderful.

I have been using Innersense for awhile now but when they came out with this specific line I jumped on it as I am big on living low tox as possible. I think it works great! I have a strong warm orange undertone and it settles it down.

My hair has never been happier since using this line of products. I have a mix of dark brown and gray. I actually have gotten compliments on the gray in my hair and how it pops now. It really does make a beautiful difference!

I love the idea of this clean brand but the performance is not there with this specific product especially for the price. It doesn’t do much in the way of toning for brassiness and is not hydrating or nourishing enough for regular conditioning. I have tried their other spray products which are excellent but this one is just so so.

ETA: My mom has now been using this awhile and absolutely loves it. I bought her the shampoo because she's so impressed with the brand. If you have thin, blonde/grey hair, this stuff is excellent!!I found the ingredients listed on the product page to vary slightly to what’s on the Innersense website. Regardless, I have allergies and weird reactions to products with a lot of botanicals (sadly, all the nasty chemical stuff works fine for me) but I knew my mom would enjoy trying this. She is mainly gray but dyes a very light champagne blond about 3x a year, so this sort of purple toning conditioner is ideal for her. She has very thin, fine and frizz-prone hair and reports that this makes her hair feel “softer than ever”… which is high praise as she’s pretty persnickety. I don’t necessarily believe that softness alone is a ringing endorsement for any hair care product, but since we live together I have indeed noticed her hair looks smoother too. The formula goes on easy, quite creamy. She loves that the scent is *very* mild, so if you’re the sort who prefers a potently fragranced conditioner, this one will disappoint.Only prolonged use will really tell, but she’s impressed enough to seek out the shampoo so I’m giving this a cautious 5 stars. I’m not shy to return to a review and change my mind, as I did recently with a shampoo that gave the whole house a scalp itch. But so far, so good here!! Oh and I doublechecked on the Leaping Bunny site that this is 100% certified cruelty free. If you’re ok with the somewhat high price point and want a quality toning conditioner, this one seems well worth pursuing.
