PIKOLINOSLace-ups Leather Berna for Man

This is the third pair of Pikolinos I have owned. They are remarkably good looking, very comfortable, and very durable. I always cross my fingers when I order shoes on-line. These fit perfectly, as if I were fitted in a shoe store.

My husband has 4 or 5 pair of Pikolinos and he loves them. Always immediately comfortable and he gets compliments on them frequently.

As I opened the box, I immediately recognized a tear in the leather near where the tongue and top of the shoe meet on the right shoe. The left shoe was fine. These shoes are entirely too expensive to be shipped defective.

I was eager to enjoy the comfort I've come to expect from Pikolinos. However, upon opening the box, I was met with dirty soles and rocks lodged in the treads. This unexpected setback was compounded by being charged a restocking fee for returning the shoes in their original, unworn state.
