After about 3 uses the hook separates from whatever it is attached to inside the ring. I bought 2 of them and they both broke. You can pull the hook completely out. Poorly made.

This looks perfect and is a beautiful addition to our bathroom wall.

This is solid and looks nice, however the screw holes won’t line up where the hook meets the bracket. Therefore, this won’t be secure and will come out with a slight touch, banging onto your new tile and cracking it. Pretty upset with piece of $&@ of from delta.

Wish these weren’t so expensive but had to have them to match the ones already installed by the builder.

4 stars because i thought it would swing back and forth. Unit does not move which makes getting a towel on and off a little difficult. Wiggles a little which makes you think it will swing but it doesnt. Hoping a visitor doesn't try to force it and break it.

This is so cute! I love it. Works great.

Sturdy product. Matches well with other items in our bathroom that were another more expensive brand, but this matches in quality and look without being an over priced name brand.

Heard a crash, and found item hanging part of ring came off and ring fell onto our new quartz countertop. Nothing attaching ring to piece that attaches to wall (small screw was not attached to anything).

2 of my towel rings have broken within the first year. Not happy with the quality.

The set screw was missing in one of the towel rings. Could not hang it.

Terrible quality don’t buy I didn’t check mine before my contractor hung it up and it’s not even straight.
