I saw cinema secrets makeup brush cleaner from an influencer on instagram saying how great this product is for your makeup brushes. I was skeptical so instead of buying the bigger bottle I figured I would try the smaller bottle instead. I am glad I did! This is fantastic! It cleaned my brushes quickly and it got out a lot of product that was in my brushes. The smell is a combination of vanilla and a type of cleaner I have smelled before I cannot put my finger on it. I can understand the reviews why people wouldn’t enjoy the smell. However, it is a great product. I do not have to leave my brushes to dry for long. My eyeshadow brushes were dry in less than a minute or two. Then my bigger brushes foundation and blush they need a bit longer to dry. I recommend this product if you want to have quick clean and dry brushes. I am definitely going to invest in the bigger bottle next time 😁.

This felt like witchcraft because it was so quick & easy. I usually spend 30+ mins repeatedly scrubbing my primary 3 brushes & they’re still not as clean as they should be. This pulled the makeup out immediately & it disappeared like vanishing ink. I bought 2oz to try it, because I figured the reviews were too good to be true. They weren’t. I ended up cleaning every brush I owned. I didn’t even remember that the ends of the bristles were once white. They are white again now. I used the entire 2oz & just came back to order a 8oz bottle. Now that my brushes are ‘brand new clean’, & the ridiculous build up has been removed, this stuff will make it easy to stay on top of this task that I used to procrastinate. Huge bonus, they dried within moments too. No more making sure they’re hung correctly to dry & hoping they’ll be dry before their next usage.

Cleans great but can’t get rid of the chemical smell. I tried to clean my brush afterwards with soap still smells. Then read the label and it says it’s harmful! So it was a waste of my money.

I'll be honest, I'm not really a huge makeup user, but I love my eyeliner & eyeshadow. While I grew up with the disposable sponges that would come with most small eyeshadow kits, I've since upgraded to nicer pallettes - like the Urban Decay Naked 3 pallette that comes with a dual brush. I haven't washed that eyeshadow brush since I got it 1 1/2 years ago ... >______< . Attached are photos of before and after. I'll be doing this weekly henceforth. Also worth noting, the bottle seems small, but a little bit goes a long ways.

If the price isn’t an issue I’d say go for it. It works like magic. My only complaint is the smell, it’s a little too strong for my liking.

Great make-up tool cleaner! Easy and quick to use.

Really love this makeup cleanser. I works well to get all my toughest foundations out of my brushes and it dries so quick and leaves them feeling so clean! My only complaint is that my brushes absolutely soak it up in large quantities and the cleaner is pretty pricy. I went through the small bottle in one use and now I need more. I just wish it wasn’t so pricy for the tiniest bottle !

Great for on set makeup artists! Ben Nye had one but it was discontinued years ago. This is amazing. Dip in solvent and blot gently to clean bristles, then shake it out to dry it thoroughly. Must have for kit!!

Extraordinaire nettoyant rapide pour les pinceaux, pas gras, pas trop alcoolisé, bref un bonheur ! Et croyez moi j'en ai acheté de toutes les marques presque des marques de luxe aux marques pas chères, y'a pas photo ! Dommage qu'on est autant de difficulté à se le procurer en France parce que du coup ça revient très cher, heureusement Amazon est là pour le coup !
