Hi from Cultica and GRISWOLDSHOP. Larry as we call him internal is not very stretchy. He is super solid, made of very heavy rubber but you cannot tear him very much like a rubber band. To answer a second follow up question as well, kissing wont have an effect on his exterior. Have a great day, happy hauntings and merry griswolds to you...

Hi! Is it hollow and is it quite soft? Looking for a big plastic toad to diy into a word bag

It is hollow but it feels like it has some kind of filling, it feels foamy and squidgy if you squeeze it so I should imagine it would be easy to remove. It's moulded rubber, not rigid, I think you'd be able to cut it open if you had a sharp and strong enough knife/scissor.
