Doesn't charge from the base unit.
Good fun but then have to charge from a USB socket or carry a battery pack. My last one charged from base unit shame this one doesn't. But good fun

Very cool especially at the price I paid
It is actually a cool toy for the price you pay! The instructions to assemble need to be better but the toy itself is very nice. My son takes it to his bath quite regularly and pretends the submarine is looking for a boat at the bottom at the tub :)The flip side is that I have to hold the remote while my child and his submarine are in the bath (the remote of course can’t go in the water).

My grandson has a great time playing in the bath with this item.the lights are really bright,so it is even better with the light off in the bathroom.a great buy.

Charger
The charger is very flimsy and only worked for 4 occasions. Then a wire was exposed and couldn't be fixed so then unusable.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
The only way it can be controlled is by pointing the attend directing at the sub no more than an inch away.. literally putting the ariel in the water .Sub doesn't stay down without continuous downward thrust.Used one time and now the battery won't charge.Rip off . Get a different model.

Mini RC Sub...fantastic!
I build RC models for a living and always fancied a mini sub (new fish tank but no fish due to Covid-19) this was about £16 so I wasn’t expecting that much. I was very wrong! It is awesome. The presentation, performance and build quality is fantastic!!!Such great fun. If your looking for a great little RC Sub for under £20, look no further!!!! 👍
