I bought these to prevent any rubbing or blisters as I hike a lot and have not yet found a product to prevent rubbing.For only £9 I’m so happy and I am blister free . So comfortable and they have wee holes tap they are breathable. Would highly recommend !

Worked well but split on 3rd use so not really worth the money.

Were comfortable and did the job BUT literally split supporting strap on right foot and left was splitting in several areas, sorry but not fit for purpose in this format

I used this while at a festival wearing boots that always give me blisters. I managed to get away the whole weekend without getting any so they worked great. I used them several times over the weekend so just cleaned them with baby wipe while I was there, when I got home I put them in the washing machine and they’ve come out good as new.

They're cut down silicone gel socks for the heel, which didn't work for me. My daughter loves them and sent me the link. I got them cos my left heal always hursts after walking long distances in my boots and I got them protection. But they didn't help me, were quite sweaty and came apart after using only once.

10/10 would recommend these. Slap these bad boys on your ankles and then add some doc socks on top and boom: ULTIMATE protection.My docs are a few weeks old and this has been the first time I've worn them without getting huge blisters let alone taking them for a gig for the first time.

Bought for climbing with boots that had no time to be broken in. Used with blister socks when climbing and walking for hours. No blisters.
