Only works with its special proprietary software.

I have several thermal imaging cameras but this one uses the MLx 90640 sensor which is the one used in some of my outdoor equipment, because that sensor can handle sun glare without damage. The problem with this one is, it has been designed in a way to prevent it from being recognized properly by your phone or by a computer, so that you're forced to use their proprietary software and that's very dirty pool.There is no good justifiable reason for doing that, as well as the device can not work with my equipment due to that.I would just highly recommend against this device because of the forementioned basic trust issue that is so blatant

!?!an't download the app!?!

The place to download the app is for Beta testing apps. Since it's not fully realized yet, the app isn't in the Google play store. And since I'm not a developer, I can't get the beta version either. Not so the cool when you have a piece of hardware without the software to back it up. Not it's there any comparable software.

I have Samsung s14 phone android , in description said works on all android phone, but won't load app an qr scan leads to nothing. So I'll find a phone with 8.0-10 system requirement to use it.
