Orange Whip Fullsize Golf Swing Trainer - 47.5"

I have been playing golf for over 30 years and currently play off a 10 handicap. I have had many lessons in that time and will continue to take them as there is no training aid invented that can replace the expertise of a qualified PGA teaching professional. I do believe however that the Orange Whip trainer gives me something extra that the professional could never get across to me, the feel for the speed & rhythm of the swing and getting extension through the ball. The Orange Whip will not transform your swing overnight and you will certainly get some bemused looks as you warm up with it down the range, but I have been using it for about 4 weeks now and the consistency of my game has changed noticeably. Previously I had a tendency to swing from 'over the top', my drives are now straighter and more penetrating and although this trainer is Driver length it has also improved my iron striking. OK it's a lot of money for a swing trainer but in my opinion it's a swing trainer that works for me and is well worth the outlay. I think this is a great bit of kit that will augment the lessons you receive from your professional. Highly recommended.

Was recommended by club pro. Has been very helpful in warming up and setting good tempo. Is very solid and well made. Have seen cheaper options around so maybe could have saved some money but sometimes better quality is worth the extra

The two main benefits I have gained from using the whip are firstly to loosen up before playing either at home on the range. Secondly, it helps with my swing tempo and the correct order of body movement on the downswing and follow through. I have also noticed just how many PGA pros have a whip in their bag when you see them practicing.

I was recommended this product, and it hasn't disappointed.I've been having issues with my tempo, rushing my downswing, and not transitioning very well. The feedback the Orange Wip gives is perfect for this. If you try and rush things, the weight at the end and the club flex tell you immediately that something is wrong.You will still need to integrate it with swing practice with your club, but it definitely helps you 'feel' how the swing should flow.

Three months in, this is a fantastic warm up tool. It stretches the shoulders and back really nicely. It is wonderful for sorting out tempo particularly in the transition of the back to down swing. Somehow the weight of the ball does groove an 'on plane swing'. Results using my Zepp swing analyser confirm plane improvements. Took to Spain on tour with some ridicule initially but the chaps were asking to use it on the range pre-game by the end of the trip.Downside is that it is pricey.

It looks ok and I’m sure it will be a good aid to general fitness. Whether it leads to an improvement in my golfing ability is another matter.

After spending a fair bit of time trying to justify spending double what other similar options cost I went for this. So far seems very durable and definitely helps with swing tempo and is actually a pretty effective pre-round warm up tool
