I've tried several elbow sleeves for lifting, but this elbow sleeve is by far my favourite. The colour looks cool and the material is top-notch, providing excellent support for heavy lifts. Plus, the packaging is great. Highly recommended!I am medium built 6ft1 and around 72kg, I purchased the small because I do not like it too loose. It's a good fit for me. It is nothing too fancy so does not stand out a lot but it has that elegant look to it. If you want to feel good in the gym then this is the one.

Followed the sellers advice on size and my measurements were between small and medium. I decided to go for small and glad I did so, first few times putting on they were very tight to pull on,but after a few wears they have eased up slightly, they are still tight but that's the support I was looking for, didn't want anything loose fitting. These offer great support during lifting and so far ease my tendonitis in my arms, really pleased withthem.
