I’ve been using this face ice pack regularly after long days, shaving, workouts, and even after steaming my face, and it’s honestly been a very relaxing and useful product. The cooling effect feels great on the skin and noticeably helps reduce puffiness and facial redness. The gel mask stays cold for a decent amount of time without becoming painfully hard like some cheap ice packs do. So good for ear and jaw pain post tonsillectomy! Just wish it had an ice block under the chin too but still very very good!

Nice way tor placing an ice pack on your face without falling off! So far I’ve used it cold and the results are visible for the short term upon application! Easy to use, and fit it’s great due to adjustable straps! Value for money-wise could do with a better price! Pain relief is instant, yet about warmth as I wrote above haven’t used it yet! Will use it and come back to add on to the review and for reevaluation!

Perfect cools quickly

I'm on 2 minds about this item, it's exactly as described except I did find it a bit stiff & didn't follow curves of my face easily, maybe because of this I didn't find the cold transferred to my face so well. It's better just used as a cold compress on flatter areas of skin like back of neck. It's ok but not the best.

Worked as it should for a few months then split with the little gel balls going all over the floor.

I ordered this for myself after booking a total 3 on 6 full mouth tooth replacement. I took it with me to my appointment two with frozen ice packs and left the second set left at home. This fit very nicely and so easy to adjust with the velcro. I was also able to adjust it where I wanted on my jaw and front of my face. The price was great easy to use and was very effective in easing pain relief.
