These ran true to size for me. I can wear medium width shoes, but wide width dress shoes often fit better. I also like extra room in the toe box. These heels were incredibly comfortable all the way around & look nice. I just bought a pair in another color too!

These shoes are very comfortable, look nice, and are tru to size. I have very wide feet and struggle finding dress shoes that fit. I have worn them a couple of times and they are comfortable out of the box without a break in period. The sole is cushioned and I do not experience any rubbing in the heel. I will probably buy in other colors or styles. My main negative is that I was sent used shoes after paying full price for new. The shoes are lightly worn, but worn more than a simple try-on for fit. There are minor scuffs on the outside and the logo in the sole has been partially rubbed off. I chose to keep the shoes as the scuffing is minor and not noticeable unless you look real close. However, I am bothered that I was sent used shoes without prior notification.

Amazingly great shoes with very good comfort and nice fit for shoe width but the size 5 is great for people that wear size 5.5 wide. I am a 5W so this didn't work out for me so I had to return. I really wish this fit but I bought a different pair of shoes from the same company that did work out for me.

Simple, professional, but roomier than any other shoes I own in the same size. Not the style to wear with socks, but necessary to keep them on. Comfortable enough except for the sizing issue.

I have three pairs of these shoes ( black, brwon blue). Wear them alternatively depending on the outfit. Very comfortable, even if wen standing of walking most of the working day like I do. Provide that little extra height that makes you look more put together. Ver durable ( oldest pair I have worn for 5 years straight)

Flight Attendant for 27 years....have serious bunion issues due to wearing heels all my life, and genetics.....I have ordered almost every shoe out there to see if I can find a heel that is comfortable!!!! Have been so frustrated, and flying long days in misery! I received these shoes, and to my surprise, they feel great!!!!! They are really comfortable!!! I'm ordering 2 more pair for the future! The shoe is not real leather, but looks real...and who cares if they are comfortable!!! Size is true to size, although possible could go up a half size....they do not offer wide...but I have serious bunions and the regular fits!!!! Fast forward. I'm now on my 3rd pair....these are the best pumps for Flught Attendants!!!!!! I have bad bunions and at first, when I wear the new pair...the hurt as they are tight....so I stretch them!!!! Depending on how much you want to stretch. Start slow. Use a t-shirt. Lay it over the shoe. Push your shoe into it and it will be tight. Then take your blow dryer on high, and go around the shoe until the shoe is hot! Leave the shoe on until it cools, and then remove the tshirt. The heat will stretch the shoe! I've even used a towel....start with a thinner fabric, and go bigger if needed. Or repeat....until the shoe fits! It works! Good luck....it's so worth it. You never have to polish the shoes and the heel never wears down. I wear them flying International long flights!!!! 😁

I’m cabin crew, and usually I dread wearing heels—but these? Might actually be the one. Genuinely comfy straight out of the box, no brutal breaking-in period. I added Scholl gel ball of foot cushions (highly recommend), and they still felt good even after hours on my feet. I got my usual trainer size—don’t size up or down—and they fit perfectly. There’s space at the toes even with cushions, and the design keeps your foot stable without needing a strap. The ankle padding locks everything in place, so there’s no slipping or rubbing. You just walk heel first, then roll down to the front like you’re meant to—no extra strain on your toes, no weird pressure points. They’re already shaped just right for your feet, so you don’t need to “break” them in—they’re ready out the gate. They also don’t crease, which blew my mind. The material is sleek, super shiny, and feels thick and high quality—but not bulky. They’ve got that Mary Jane style, so as a younger cabin crew, I feel so cute in them. Like, genuinely cute and smart? A rare combo. They’ve got proper arch support and internal padding in all the right places—not just that cheap foam that flattens in two shifts. I’ve worn Pavers before (even their lower heels), and they just didn’t support or hold my foot nearly as well as these, even with these being 3 inch, they still feel comfier. As long as you’re not standing 24/7 (though even if you are), these can handle it. I’ll be alternating them with flats from the same brand for longer flights, and I’ll also be using these to get to and from the airport and on days I want to look extra put-together. If they keep performing like this, they’ll be my go-to forever. I’ll update if anything changes—but for now? These are an absolute win for cabin crew heels.

Not wide at all and are tinyyyy. My show size is 39 and I have feet that are one the wider side but not too crazy but these were soooo tight like there is no way I can walk in these. But they look like great quality shoes! Size up for a better fit!

Love them! They fit comfortably and you can wear them all day. Quality is good and they look professional with office casual outfits.

I loved the shoe it looks beautiful and comfortable but it was big I ordered one but a different size arrived so I contacted the seller through Amazon customer’s services they responded immediately at the same day and they apologised they I had a refund and they told me to keep the shoe as a gift from them for their apology they are so kind , generous , and professional when they deal with their customers.
