Seems quality. Comes with felt inserts but if you need more, which I did, I just cut an old yoga mat which is perfect. This is nice and thick and I just wish it was a couple inches longer, I need a slightly longer one but this was the biggest size. We have had no issue with it at all

I especially like that I can take shims out where I don't need them. I only use the middle shim.

I have a sway backed old man that rides down hill. This pad fits him really well and hugs his back unlike other pads that leave a big gap and therefore no support once the saddle is on. It has also helped straighten my saddle (I have taken the back insert pads out). I still have a have a thin 2nd pad as it's just not quite enough by itself but we are both so much more comfortable.

Great pad, the shims have helped fit my hard to fit horse.
