This is a good deal. Better than the other popular ones sold in B&M stores. I like the Grip trainer instead of the standard grip. The arm band helps keep your elbows in and shows you the proper backswing position for your right elbow. I've improved my overall ball striking. My index is down to 5.2 and part of this is due to swinging this club regularly and before rounds.

great way to warm up before a round of golf, or hitting balls at the range. makes you slow down and start the downswing with the lower body, good stuff

Former 6 handicap.Have played golf sparingly this year because of a bad back; couldn't turn the way I used to. The weighted head on the swing trainer allows me to warm up by making a fuller rotation. I've used it only once, and am liking it already!

Product seems great. Unfortunately, there are no instructions or drills for either product.

Grip is too small for big hands, but for the money, it works just as well as the orange thing for 4x the cost.
