Total by Verizon $30 - Unlimited Talk and Text, 5G Data and HS/Monthly

Works just fine on my cell phone.

delivered on time and is what i needed to make the product work with my phone.

The card was brand new (or so I thought), so I went to the total by Verizon website to refill my phone service plan. I entered my phone number and the code on the back of this card, and I was told "This Plan has already been redeemed." Dealing with this company has been torture. I bought a SIM Kit, another separate Top-Up plan, and had to buy another separate phone (I already owned a Tracfone from Total Wireless that apparently didn't work with Total by Verizon) from Total By Verizon/Tracfone/Total Wireless from Wal-mart. This company is intentionally incompetent at every step of the way and I recommend you do NOT buy from them if you have any other option.

I activated the card before a trip out of town, once I was there, the phone which I used it on did not work. Contacted customer service, tried and failed to get it working, I contacted the seller, they said since I activated the card, which is required to know if it'll even work, there was nothing they would do. Total waste of money, garbage customer service.

Have had total wireless for several years. No problem, but if you buy this card to add to your reserve you lose all of your existing service days and data. Talked to Total customer rep and was told that is they new plan works. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Ever since I bought this phone plan I can not text anyone it just comes up not sent. It is frustrating. I am very unhappy with this phone plan.

Returned the bricked phone and minutes this month.
