This is a good quality build that you can get on Amazon! Not some custom shop that's going to charge you an arm and a leg and it was perfect for what I needed it for. These were purchased for the boys as a gift for our yearly meet up. Everyone tested the balance and enjoyed the fact that they are throwing quality. I won't get into why we didn't throw them 😅 . But, a few weeks later I got stuck in the woods and thankfully I had my trusty ax in the back of my RAV4 and with the weight of the head I was able to chop down a 4-in diameter tree to assist with getting myself unstuck. Freaking love this thing! Wasn't prepared to use it for real life application, but I did, and I can again.... and likely will.

Husband was looking for short handled, sturdy axes. Despite some reviews showing that axe handles did not fit the axe heads very well (looked like lots of "fill" in the eye), the axes we received had handles that fit the axe heads well. Husband finds the handles to be very comfortable, and the short size he was looking for. It's hard to find "bent" or "sheeps foot" handles, these days. And you simply can't beat the price. Not fancy...just good little worker axes.

We own an axe throwing business we tested these axes and broke one on the second throw. The handle was not tight in the head. Mildly annoyed....

I really like these throwing axes! In fact I noticed an issue when I opened them and held off on my review until I could get a replacement set to fix said issue.Pros:1. This look and feel awesome! If you listen closely you'll hear them say, "throw me" (Note: they don't actually talk)2. Both blades are sharp and protected with a nice rubber sleeve3. Both handles feel very comfortable with excellent ergonomics4. Indexing (head to handle alignment) is good5. Pretty well matched set (these seem to be actually handcrafted as opposed to massed produced! I like the slight uniqueness of each axe)6. Nice strap holds secure7. Clear a distinct logoCons:1. Logo only on one side limiting displaying options2. Biggest issue is loose axe heads (3 out of 4) right out of the box. First loose head is one with the spit but no pinning (see image). The replacement set were both loose as well. I was not able to pull the heads off but you can feel and see the wobble if you shake them lightly.All-in-all I really like these axes and think they will be okay forcl throwing. I'll take them for a whirl and maybe update this post if I have any significant outcomes from active testing.

Good: compact, good quality, great value for the money! Not to mention looks awesome!Bad: Not perfect but what do you expect for the price. Head wobbles slightly. No biggieI bought this as a tool, not a show piece. I keep it strapped to my side for simple tasks. I couldn’t be happier.

2 great heavy duty axes. I don't know about throwing them but i have defenitely chopped down a lot of things in my yard. These wooden handles are very strong you can run a truck over them- I did! The blades are sharp enough for wood or some light landscaping duties. These are made of high quality without a doubt. Look forward to having these around for many years. Come with little rubber sleeves for blade protection and handle straps.

Bought these for a backyard Axe Throwing themed 16th birthday party and out of the box we noticed some axe heads were pretty loose. Didn’t have time to return and replace them in time for the party so we went ahead and used them. They worked fine for the party and we were able to get another use out of them at our family Easter party because it was such a big hit with the teens and adults. I don’t expect them to last more uses tho being as loose as they were before the party and now that’s gotten worse. But they did the job they were intended for and everyone was happy with the activity.
