Kind confusing to understand the logic of how they label things here but once you get the hang of it, you'll be getting better at finding the correct diagnosis and will pave the way for you to come up with them on your own next time.An absolute must have. You will need this book during school and sometimes even outside of school.They could do a better job with information in this book. There is an online part that goes with this book, it seems to be more detailed and offer what I needed that the book did not have. keep that in mind. The online part is made by the same people from what I remember

Very helpful book during my nursing class days. Tends to show me the nursing plans sample .learned a lot.

This book is amazeballs. This makes writing the care plans so much easier than using the regular nursing theory text books. You still need to tailor the care plan to your specific patient, but this book puts all the information in one location on each nursing diagnosis. I may even buy the pocket version of this to make it easier to take to clinicals. I got mine used and it was in like new condition and a fraction of the new price. Definitely a must for any during student. This was not a required text for my program, but it should be.

I am a nursing understudy and this was one of my necessary course books. The book is extremely helpful recorded as a hard copy care plans. It is sorted out by nursing finding and has intercessions and bases for every analysis. I have been utilizing the digital book, which is sadly somewhat moderate and irritating to use now and again so I chose to buy a printed copy since I use it regularly. The book I got was in extraordinary condition, practically like new.
