Great tongs, easy to use, love all products in this range

Only uses twice but so far lovely. Leaves nice curls which are more like waves then spiral which I prefer. Clip and steam easy to use. Look nice and came packaged as sold and quicker than expected. Only downside is warranty is only a year. Hope it lasts longer!

Absolutely amazing!! I have never been able to keep curls/waves in my hair even when professionally done by a hairdresser and using product but these are truly 5*! Not only do my curls stay in for over 24hrs without any product but the final result is exactly what I want! These are smooth and do not clamp the hair at all - I am honestly amazed by how good these are and I spent hours and hours reviewing all different brands and price ranges, definitely my favourite purchase!

One star for the product but 5 star for Amazon service. Bought this for my wife's birthday and took it to France where we were staying. First time she tried to use it the steam function seemed to overheat and fracture. As we were abroad and having to do quarantine when we returned, Amazon didn't hold us to the normal return date, pulled out the stops and organised an immediate refund. Thankyou

Was initially delighted with the tongs when I first used them however it wasn't long before the 'steam effect' didn't work. The reservoir that held the water wasn't at all secure and would fall off the end from time to time. Also the cotton pad inside was absolutely useless and more often than not would remain stuck in the tip of the tongs - I would have to wait until it cooled down before I could remove it. These tongs were not cheap but I have to say are badly designed and not fit for purpose. I still use them occasionally but without the reservoir inserted. Not worth the money!
