If you buy one of these phones and possibly any phone from this vendor it may not be covered by warranty because it is an international version made in the USA. I bought my phone new in January. The purchase was made via Amazon Marketplace who are no help when it comes to dealing with a problem other than to relay a message to the vendor. My phone developed a green line down the middle of the screen meant that various features stopped working. I first contacted Samsung who identified the phone as being US made which meant it was not covered by the UK warranty. Nowhere in the details provided on the Amazon site was it made clear that there would be no warranty cover. Had there been I would never have bought the phone in the first place. This vendor simply replied to my contact by saying that it fell outside of their terms of trade. That might be the case but that does not mean that I am not entitled under law to some form of recompense by way of being provided with a refund or a phone that does work. That is my legal entitlement under UK law. So do not buy from this vendor unless you are prepared to cover any costs of having it repaired out of your own pocket.

An excellent phone and very good value for money.Our phone developed a fault after a few months. The supplier gave a replacement with no fuss.

Tl;dr: beware buying older phones even if new. They are out of warranty instantly and EE in the UK won't fix these Samsung phones even when you pay. They said my phone was an "international" version. Buyer beware. Samsung support was anything but…Phone was fine. Worked as expected, better than earlier versions where Siri button kept getting pressed by mistake. But dislike having to have another account with Samsung on top of anything Android based. But buying the phone from new finding out that the warranty was no longer valid even though I only owned it for 6 months after purchase in Dec 2025 is grating. And after the hardware on the back camera broke I had to fork out more money to get the phone fixed just because I bought a version that was manufactured earlier in 2023.Samsung say to call them for support with an expert. But frankly this was just a call centre operator following a crib sheet. It was clear the hardware had failed but because I didn't want to factory reset the software I had to take the phone to one of their approved engineers. They sent me to one shop which didnt have the requisite skills to determine the problem and I had to make 3 trips to finally get it to the “right” place. And even then the engineer said I had an international phone so they cannot fix it. Given there are no Samsung shops that offer support near me after 20 years of having Samsung phones this is probably the last one and moving to an iPhone.

I have had this phone for a couple of weeks. It seems good although some of my old apps have disappeared from Google Play Store. (Not the phones fault). Android 15 takes a while to get used to. But overall i am very pleased with it.

From my Galaxy fold 3 breaking (never buying a fold phone again) they should never of released them. I switched to this Galaxy S23+ & I love it so far! Very quick response switching between apps. Great camera lots of modes to play about with. Really good battery life. Amazing speaker quality. Nice screen size (slightly bigger than the S23 & louder) Pretty sure the S23 range is the last of the making before Samsung introduces AI to there phones like in the S24 I may be wrong? So if this is what you are looking for I highly recommend!

Very easy to transfer from previous model with app.

These are not UK or EU phones. They run an American firmware designed for AT&T network.This prevents them getting some over the air updates. The updates keep trying to install, appear to succeed then download and install again.The only way to fix this is to, Power off, plug the phone into a laptop hold down Volume up and side button until you see the Samsung logo then let go.Use the Volume buttons to navigate to clear cache partition then press the side button.Then choose reboot.Then you have to install the Samsung Smart switch program to a laptop and allow it to update the phone.Once done all remaining monthly updates will succeed.It takes about 90 mins.

tanto samsung y me arrepiento, no se le saca partido a todas las funciones con un uso normal.una función importante es la de seguridad en las aplicaciones que la funcion que tiene samsung es la de crear otra aplicación, caja de seguridad, en vez de simplemente poder ponerle un patrón o huella para desbloquearla o esconderla de alguna manera.
