Unique clock, I was going to buy smaller one but this one makes a statement that the little one couldn't, especially with the bubbled glass. I was looking for a pendulum clock and this one is very silent .

This clock rates up with much more expensive ones!

I was searching for a beautiful pendulum clock that was extremely quiet for months and did not want to settle for something ordinary. I wanted beautiful, accurate and quiet. After reading reviews I chose this one. I have had it for about a month and I’m completely happy. We have it in a library area. My husband‘s hearing is so acute that the slightest ticking will bother him. I absolutely love this clock. It is like a piece of art. The pendulum swinging is completely silent quiet. We find the swinging pendulum very comforting and fun to look at. It is completely accurate for time. A little tip. There are two holes I saw on the back I guess for hanging. One is triangular I think and the other was round . I hung clock on the round hole. But it is easier to hang when using a picture hook where the hook sticks further out from the actual nail. See photo of picture hook I recommend and you’ll see what I mean. It was so easy to hang in the round hole with this hook. I suppose you could use another hook but we had this thought it was easy. Also I had some questions for the seller and she was very nice and helpful.
