These are great! Original intent was to use when boarding our dog while we were away. The boarding & daycare facility require all meals to be labeled & portioned. 3-4 plastic sandwich bags of kibble & treats every day over a 2-week stay really adds a lot of plastic waste to landfills, not to mention $. I tried using paper coffee cups with lids, which worked great the first time, but after one use, the lids wouldn't stay on. I was grabbi8ng something at the grocery deli when I realized these were the ideal size for a single meal for our big mutt. The price was perfect! I ordered 100 of them, along with removeable labels, and tried them out on our summer trip. The kennel staff loved them, and so did we. They are air & water tight, so when we went out for the day with our mutt, it was easy to bring along a cup of fresh kibble in one container, and another with fresh water, and she happily ate & drank out of the containers. I found they're also perfect to use for freezing portions of soups, casseroles, etc. to bring to my elderly in-laws. In the past, I was making & freezing things in individually in glass ramekins & baking dishes, dropping them off on our visits 1-2x a month (they live in another state), and then picking up whatever containers were empty to bring back home. But, that left me with no containers at home sometimes for our own use, and if I made a large batch of something and wanted to freeze some for them, I had to run out and buy more (expensive) glass containers. And, I had to X my fingers that my elderly FIL got all the labels & tape/glue off the containers with my instructions for reheating before he stuck them in the oven, and also hoped nothing began to thaw & leak on the 2.5 hour drive to their house. These are the perfect - they don't leak, they're perfectly portioned for them, and I don't have to worry about the tape & labels. I've left a set of oven-safe dishes with them, and FIL can defrost these a bit in their fridge, dump into an oven-safe dish to reheat, and give these a quick rinse to come back with me to be filled with another meal. With the 50-container pack, I can now send them almost 2 weeks worth of dinners, and still have enough containers on hand to make & freeze another 2-weeks to bring down on our next visit.

You can never have enough food containers, and these are exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect for meal prep, leftovers, soups, and even snacks. The quality is great. They feel sturdy, not flimsy like some other containers, and the lids snap on securely without leaking. I’ve used them in the fridge and microwave with no issues. I also really like how easily they stack, which helps keep everything organized without taking up too much space. These are great!! Very good seal! No leaks! I use mostly for when I make stock/broth and freeze them when freezing stuff in them. None of them have cracked. I do leave a 1 inch headspace I put hot soups, gravy, etc. and the lid stays on. Great for salads also. Don't take up a lot of space in the fridge. I put in dishwasher but don't put on dry and they hold their shape. I can see what's inside because they a pretty clear. They stack together along with the lids. I got on a great deal for $12 but would pay full price if I needed more.

These are great. Nice quality for serving food. I made strawberry trifle for 25 people and they looked great in the clear sanitary containers. I washed them in soapy water before using. Good lid with good sealing. I should've gone with a smaller size ( I did the 12 oz. and should've done 6 or 8 oz. for so many). Nice product for food service.

Edit: my yogurt didn’t end up tasting my dryer sheets, it’s great, will definitely buy more. This is the perfect size for one serving of overnight oats —- The quality of these containers is great, looks solid and came in clean packaging but it smells strongly like dryer sheets. For packaging food it is off putting. I’ve made yogurts in it so far. If my yogurt ends up tasting like dryer sheets I’ll have to return this.

I got these after reading some kitchen organizing tips about using these. They are reusable, we've put them through the dishwasher many times now so they are quite durable. The best thing is one lid size fits all sizes of container so no more searching to match containers with lids. We got rid of almost all our fridge storage containers now. These take up far less space than the glass lock brand we were using before.

I love these containers. I've bought the 8, 16, and 32 oz versions of the Freshware containers and purged out all of my odd shaped, missing-lid, and warped containers filling up a huge amount of space in my cupboard. Now I have nearly 100 stackable containers and lids and they're taking up about 1/3rd of the space that my old 30 or so containers took up. The quality of these containers are top tier. The plastic is thick the lids are strong, they can handle long periods in the freezer and can go right in to the microwave. They don't warp in the dishwasher. It's easy to portion out meal prep and can be stacked in the fridge to take up as little space as possible. The lids seal very well - I have never had a lid pop off. I can tip the container upside down with soup in it and I have absolutely no worry that the lid will hold.
