Wide, shallow, bowls.
They arrived unbroken which is always a plus when ordering things like this. They are very wide, and very shallow compared to how wide they are. I only took one out of the box before determining that they wouldn't work for us. We're returning them but if wide shallow baking bowls are what you are after, these might be perfect for you.

Worth every penny
These souffle dishes are just beautiful and yet multi-functional . I bought them for making chocolate souffles but I find myself using them for many more dishes. Last week I made apple and peach pies. I took them from freezer to oven without any issues. I've used them for French onion soup and chili. And it makes for such a beautiful presentation. Ive also microwaved the leftovers. I truly believe these will serve you well and for an extremely reasonable price.
