Most people don't even want to talk about this TABU subject and view it mostly as an 'Old Folks' malady; but, I'm here to tell you that, if you have ever suffered with constipation, as I have, you will absolutely love this tea.I have been drinking this tea for my problem for over seven (7) years now with perfect results. Once I drank it for one week and got on schedule, I only drink a cup once or twice a week. The only drawback is the tast; however, I put either honey or, MORE BENEFICIALLY, Black Cherry Juice Concentrate (which helps with my arthritis)in for flavoring. There are NO cramps or any other side effects to this remedy. It has also relieved the bloating in my stomach and I can now wear my smaller sized clothes, which I had packed away for this day.My brother has been drinking the old fiber stuff every morning of his life for well over 15 years. I absentmindedly bought this, not realizing it was so many bags of tea. You get 6 boxes with 16 bags in each (I know it's in the title but if I missed it someone else can too). It's okay though, because I kept two for myself (one at work and one for home) and gave out the other four to family members for Christmas. They thought it was a little weird to get laxative tea as a gift, but every one of them thanked me a few days later, saying they loved the taste and it worked as advertised. For me, it was a lifesaver in Turkey when my stomach was confused by jet lag and overeating, and provided immediate relief. Now that I'm back to a normal schedule, I have one regularly it helps keeps everything else regular. I don't normally like anything too minty, but the flavor is mild and I don't get sick of it.

Tastes divine, and it really does the job with helping the bowels move, however, it is not easy on the stomach!! Can really cause a lot of griping to the tummy. While that makes me feel like it is working, I don't like the additional agony of added pain in the stomach area, especially since I deal with IBS pain already. Very reasonably priced, so I would buy it again, but maybe not so much of it next time!

I have been using Benefiber for years and it was getting very expensive. I have a difficult time trying to have "regular bowel" movements so adding more fiber to my diet was important. I recently gave up red meat and it caused me to skip almost 3 days before I could go... Anyway, this tea is amazing. I drink it at night around 8pm and I have a bowel movement the next morning around 7:30am. It has allowed me to loose 3 pounds this past week. :) I am quite addicted to this now. I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing but in any case, it works! I have also tried the Detox tea and it does the same for me. I just prefer the taste of this tea better. Great purchase! Way less expensive on Amazon than in the local stores. About a 40% savings.

Although I find the taste quite vile, it does work as promised. But it doesn't' seem to be available any more.

The tea does what it says it will do. In my case, however, I don't find it to be very "gentle." The tea causes some stomach pain before finally performing its laxative duties, at least in my case. Other people have tried it with not the same harsh effect, so it might just be for certain people. Tastes all right, and definitely helps.

I always keep Herbal Laxative Tea in my cabby, but this time I wanted to try something different. When I read reviews on this wonderfully tasting lax tea I had to try myself. I love peppermint tea in general, and I actually enjoyed this very fragrant mint tea. It is wonderful tasting, but the whole purpose of "lax" part is weak. I do cleanse therapy so I need something strong enough to actually "cleanse" my system, and this tea is not the kind.I bought 6 box package and I am about to finished the first box. I need to now order my regular Herbal Lax tea, which I know works.

This tea tastes just like regular mint tea. You drink a cup before bedtime, and the next morning, you'll go to the bathroom, yay! Once in a while, it doesn't work for me, so I'll just drink another cup the next night. For some reason, it works better if you drink it at night and then go to sleep. I've tried drinking it in the morning (hoping to use the restroom by the afternoon), but it rarely works if I do it on that schedule...weird. Anyway, great taste and easy to use!
