Jell-O sugar-free instant puddings are delicious and it does not have any chemical taste at all...which I can't tolerate.I pour the ingredients in a shake and go sip bottle. Ishake it up for a few minutes (good cardio) instead of mixing it into a bowl. Then place it in the refrigerator for a while. Use a long spoon to scoop out a portion.Jell-O sugar-free fruit gelatins are excellent too.
