Have used other replacers on the past and find this one to be the best for keeping the binding as well as raising the baked good.

Works amazingly well
My son is allergic to eggs so I’ve been struggling to find something that can consistently replace eggs in recipes. Bananas work well in baking but the taste doesn’t work for every thing. This neat egg doesn’t change the taste of the recipe and is super easy. So far I’ve tried crab cakes, meat balls, oatmeal bread, banana bread, muffins, pancakes and cookies and they all came out as if I had used real eggs. This seriously has changed my cooking life!

Sucks so bad do not buy
I got this to make a birthday cake for someone who can’t eat eggs. It ruined the cake and it smelled so bad I was nauseous. I ended up just going back to the store and getting buttermilk to use a an egg replacement. 10/10 the cake was actually edible. Sucks I can’t return this cause I’m about to throw it away. Waste of money.

I will try to work with this. It taste different. Not bad just different. It doesn't look anything like an egg. It is brown and a little grainy. : (
