Kenwood KMX50 Flexi Beater For KMix

I was a bit sceptical about this beater and was wondering did I really need it. But boy am I glad I decided to get it. It is fantastic. The K-Mix is a brilliant machine anyway with its original beater, but this flexi beater is a must. It makes your sugar and butter mix for cakes whip up in half the time and it's made my cake batter incredibly fluffy. I can really notice the difference in my cakes and cupcakes now. Just make sure you adjust your flexi beater to the correct height for your K-Mix. It must scrape the bottom and sides of your bowl but not so much that it gets stuck and won't move correctly. Highly recommended beater.

I've only used it once but I love it. It beats really well and creams butter and sugar into a white fluffy paste in minutes. It is also good at reaching around the edges of the bowl. Amazing!

Made all the difference to mixing, don't have to keep stoping to push down the flour. Highly recommended
