I would highly recommend this product for either an office or mobile business! The stones heat up in 10-15 minutes and hold heat for a long time. I’ve used them a handful of times now, and everyone has loved them. They are a game changer. Not needing water is a huge plus. The stones that came with the set are smooth and convenient sizes. There was enough room to add more stones from another set, so now I have the ultimate set that I can bring anywhere. I bought the metal case, which is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean, inside and out. The price was phenomenal in my opinion. I am so happy I bought this.

I am a massage therapist, and decided to spend a little more money on a set that I hoped would be a better quality than the cheaper sets. Also, this one is advertised as heating up in 15 minutes, and that is one reason this set appealed to me. And, it is also advertised as heating elements as dual sided, so I hoped this would heat the stones evenly, and on both sides.First, it took 3 hours for these to even get hot, and I had to keep cranking the temp to a comfort temp from 120, to at least 150 to get them even warm. They certainly did not heat up to 150, and some of the stones did eventually get hot, but others remained cold, leaving me with only about 6 useable stones during my sessions. It should NOT take 3 hours at a high temp to get some of the stones remotely hot. It’s too bad because the stones and case are good quality, but the way the heating elements are claimed to work, don’t. It shows one of the heating elements as on the inside lid of the case, and it did NOT get hot, or even warm at all. Will be returning this.

Used the link for support and didn’t hear back, not the type to throw around 1 star reviews, overall the product looked nice, easy set up but after 4 months of maybe using it a couple times a month, it’s stopped heating. Not confident to recommend if you’re an LMT and using this for work as it could cost you in the long run with bad experience if it stops working when you need it the most. If the company would’ve reached out in a timely manner to fix it, I’d give them another chance but now will have to purchase another one since I need it for my clients.

but it works like a champ. The thermostat is accurate as is the timer. The plug is sturdy - screws into the back and it's never gotten loose. Takes about 30 minutes to warm a full allotment of stones to 150 degrees.Been using it several months and haven't had any issues. It is portable, convenient and reliable.

I like the flexibility of this set of massage stones in that I can warm them by plugging into either a wall outlet or my car. They warm up quickly for use and get more than hot enough for a great massage. The maximum temperature is 160F, which is warmer than I prefer but it can be adjusted down to suit personal preference. The stones feel nice and good quality. They are very smooth and feel great. The material seems to retain heat quite well, lasting for at least 20 minutes the case helps them retain heat even longer if I unplug and move them somewhere different for use. Good quantity and selection in stone sizes. Professional looking case if you want to use them for that.

I purchased these for my wife i give her a massage every night, and wanted heating stones. Went with this product because of the convenience they are portable so can take on vacation, and come in there own heating bag with built in thermometer. The stones can also be used traditional by boiling in water if needed only reason it is not 5 stars is because thermometer can only be adjusted in increments of 5 deg would have been nice to have full spectrum thermometer. Other than that highly recommend.
