Great item for the price but doesn’t hold up to moisture
I was concerned about the quality because of the price. To my surprise this towel rack looks great, appears durable and was simple to install. Since we just installed it - I can't speak for long-term durability. I plan on buying another one while the price is reasonable just to have in case this one ever breaks or rusts. Even with purchasing two - its more affordable than most others. Love how deep the shelf is. I can easily stack over-sized towels on it without them looking odd. I would definitely recommend.Update: January 2016 we still have it in our bathroom and after all this time its barely starting to show some erosion from frequent moisture in the bathroom. I feel that I definitely got my money out of this.Update: 2/23/2018 after several years of dealing with corrosion with metal products in our bathrooms, we decided to ditch anything that can or will corrode. I replaced this with a teak towel shelf and it covered over the holes in this one perfectly. I paid more for the other towel rack but it’s sturdy, strong, sleek and moisture proof.I still think this is a great product for the price but if you are concerned about the long term durability and need something that will hold up to moisture then I recommend AquaTeak’sThe Original Moa 24" Teak Wall Shelf With Hooks.

Excellent towel shelf
I generally don't write a review unless it is an excellent product or the worst ever. This product is by far one of my best buys. Value of product for the craftsmanship is superb - sturdy, yet lightweight. Best part.... one of the easiest towel shelves I have ever installed; which took less than 15 minutes to put together and hang on the wall. I have several rental properties and I will be buying this again to replace some of the other existing towel racks. Absolutely love it.

Wish the screws were covered but otherwise a good choice
This chrome finished towel shelf is very reasonably priced compared to the competition. It's nice and deep, plenty deep enough for a stack of large, fluffy towels. I purchased 2 and they were installed directly onto the shower/tub walls. The material they were mounted on was ceramic subway tiles over concrete backer board. My handyman had no issues installing the shelves. He hit the stud on one side of the shelf and used anchors on the other side where there was no stud available. My only (slight) negative is that the screws to fasten the shelf to the wall are exposed. I don't think it's any type of water damage potential issue but rather an aesthetic one.One oddity is that there are two holes on the bottom of the shelf tubes. There's no where for water to get in so they can't be drain holes. I'm not sure why they're there or what they're for. They don't detract from the shelf and they don't seem to have any negative impact on the product integrity so for now, I'll just wonder about them...But I'm happy with my purchase just the same.

Great shelf
It’s a simple shelf but we get so many compliments on it. It’s sturdy and holds a lot. It’s also super shiny.

Great, Cheap, Simple
This was very affordable, solid materials and it was very easy to install. It took me maybe 10 minutes to install it into my bathroom.

Try it this way!
I put this in over the shower stall because I was pretty tired of forgetting my towel. It can be embarrassing to have to sneak through the house to get a towel or annoying to air dry. Waiting around in the nude (it whatever you decide to do to air dry) can also be degrading and time-consuming.First, nevermind anything about the paint. It's going to get an update.Ok, I try really hard to make sure my work is perfectly level and placed just right. This shelf hardware made that very challenging. The anchors caused my perfectly leveled pre-drilled holes to move every time. It's some kind of anchor I hadn't seen before. they look like they were stamped out of leftover 22 gauge sheet metal and were not very strong for their purpose, but very strong in defying my will to get them into the drywall. They bent and shifted and eventually got mangled as I tried to use them. Abandon this futile effort before you get started!Wish I had taken a picture, but I was too pissed and wanted to get it finished. It's always best and makes for a stronger installation when you anchor a shelf into studs or support material behind the wall. You could also add material on TOP of the drywall, and seal it with primer and paint for moisture and anchor the surface material into studs so you have more options for the shelf location. The thing to note here is that the anchors that come with this are UESLESS.the shelf:It's ok. It comes in pieces and has to be assembled. The assembly hardware is strong enough but unnecessarily long... its as if they were trying to make up for the anchors or something, but the hardware that connects the shelf to the flat part that attaches to the wall only needs to be as long as the threaded holes on the shelves themselves, not 2.5" long! but... it doesn't really hurt either. I just noticed itOnce assembled the anchoring comes next. I led with that because it sucked so much, but it's not simple unless you know what I just told you (maybe you already knew). Use your own anchors or try one of the methods I explained. Not trying to take away from those of you who already knew what to do here, but it really was frustrating and I do a lot of home construction.Once it's up, it's done. Now, when you get this shelf you're not going to expect to have a lot to do. that's why I bothered to make this review. I was surprised that it took as long as it did. I was lucky; my wife was not home to witness any of my frustration or the resulting tantrum. You have teh benefit of knowing what you MAY be getting into.I still think it was worth the $13, but I wish I had known what I know now

Guest bath looks like a spa
LOVE IT. We have a very small guest bath and didn't want to shove towels into our small cabinet about the toilet, so this is a perfect solution. It looks great and all my friends and family have commented on it. I wish we got it sooner. It showed up a little scratched, but we were having guests so we kept it and installed it anyways. It was nice there was hardware included as well. That was my first time using those kinds of anchors/toggles and they were very easy to use.

4 large folded towels to heavy for this rack
Unfortunately it’s cheap and weak metal. i had 4 large nicely folded towel on this rack in my guest bathroom and over time the rack started to droop. in my opinion it’s cheap metal

Buena compra
Lucen bien y sin funcionales. No es fácil su instalación, pero vale la pena. Compré dos. Uno para cada baño. Prácticos pues ahorran espacio y permiten colocar las toallas de manera funcional y estética a la vez/
