Absolutely love this table and chairs. Very strong and well made. Looks amazing in my garden, would highly recommend. I ordered 2 sets by mistake but Ellen a lovely lady sorted this with no hassel or issues. I am very impressed thank you.

Items arrived with multiple parts either broken, e.g. hinges on chairs, drilled in the wrong place, or fitted incorrectly. They must have absolutely no quality control in production to send out a product in this terrible a state. Managed to put together 5 chairs, which to be fair seem quite sturdy. Table and one chair can't be assembled. Seller refused to send out replacement parts, despite the product still being for sale on Amazon, and instead offered either a token refund of £60, which is less than the value of the table of the set, that we'll have to completely butcher and re-drill to get it together, or disassemble the 5 chairs we had built (and building them takes quite a long time) and send the whole set back. Absolutely terrible customer service, they did not offer to do anything remotely useful, verging on a scam. DO NOT BUY!

I disliked the Allen keys, as I’ve got arthritis I found it very hard to tighten up the screws

Not expensive and the lack of quality shows. Comes without assembly instructions only finished assembly diagram. The Allen keys for the chairs are too big to assemble the chairs easily - one of tem should be 0.5 cm shorter so that you can get it into the back of the chair. Pieces that should fit flush are up to 4mm apart due to poor drilling of the fixing holes.Hopefully it will do the job but don't expect too much and you will need good DIY skills to assemble

The description says "Delivery in 4 packages" yet the actual packaging that arrived today states 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 (2 of 3 and 3 of 3 being the 6 chairs)so i'm hoping my table is the 1 of 3 that hasnt turned up yet. (to be fair we are still within the expected delivery dates)The description also states "Assembly instructions" which in my case was a two sided piece of a4 with duplicate instructions on both sides, so after assembling the back, i was left without instruction for the arms and seat parts.Sure enough you can work it out if you have a grasp of DIY, but where is the quality control?....which leads me onto the poor finish of the actual chairs.The treatment was slapdash, with obvious drips in place and an uneven colour finish due to either too much or too little of the treatment being applied.The cut slide holes where the back part slides into the front legs was again lacking in uniformity, I doubt you would notice when using it, but just another sign of the poor workmanship.There are scuff marks on some of the chair parts due to I can only presume a combination of fast and furious packaging line and the lack of any kind of protection inside the cardboard packaging it came in.No cheap sheets of paper to protect the 3 unassembled chairs in each packet rubbing / sliding and knocking against each other in transit.On the plus side, I found the fixtures to be of good quality.I needed to drill a hole myself, which had obviously been missed by the manufacturer, otherwise one of the chairs would never have stood up!You get what you paid for and this was reasonably cheap so all's fair, hence the 3 star - okay - review.If you want anything more than average quality then shop elsewhere, if you are after something for a summer or two at a reasonable price then this might well fit the bill.Lets hope my table turns up soon!Update:Table turned up the next day, packaging looking rather bashed up, I can only guess the couriers "left" it behind in the corner on the first day.The table was much better although still had one noticeable scuff mark on the top.Instructions were better but still not absolutley clear.Unfortunately one of the chairs has already broken after a 16stone man gently sat on it.The bit that broke was the pre assembled seat part, so again manufacturing issue.Rating has gone down from 3 to 2 stars.Rather upset at the purchase now.

Very poor quality and defective product and parts missing. Took a long time to put together as many screw holes incorrectly drilled. Either hole is not big enough or too large. One chair broke after only being used on one occasion before. Photo of broken chair included. Firm advised of breakage but could not send us a replacement, as they didnt have one to send! Since letting them know about broken chair, having to contact them again as table and another chair very rickety. Unable to tighten due to previously mentioned problems. After sales service not good. Having to send all items back, after dismantling them ourselves, which so far has taken myself and my husband the best part of a day. All in all a very bad product and after sales service.

Ich habe schon lange nach einer Sitzgruppe gesucht, die schön aussieht, aus Holz ist und schnell einklappbar ist und so gut zu verstauen ist. Ich bin sehr zu frieden. Auf den Stühlen sitzt man bequem und der Tisch ist stabil. Der Tisch lässt sich sogar gut alleine tragen, wenn er zusammengeklappt wird.Die Stühle und der Tisch kommen unmontiert und dürfen aufgebaut werden. Der Aufbau der Möbel geht allerdings recht flott.Leider hatte ein Stuhl schon eine Schwächeerscheinung und eine der Streben ist gebrochen, das Teil wurde schnell und unkompliziert ersetzt. Ich hoffe es bleibt bei einem Stuhl. Ansonsten gibt es nichts an dem Set auszusetzen.
