Bend to Fit
Used these to fix the springs in a 1972 El Camino seat back. I was able to bend to get the right shape and I lucked out that they were exactly the length I needed.

Need a little muscle to install.
Need a little muscle to install. I came up short stretching the spring to hook it. So I ordered the installation tool which was a tremendous help.

Works well, but not the easiest install in the world.
We grabbed these to refurbish an old chair, and I do have to say they work well. It isn't the easiest thing in the world to stretch the long springs into place, but once in place they do their job quite well, and I'd rather them be strong enough that it is difficult to stretch into place than easy but not strong enough for the job at hand. Once in place, we haven't had any issues, as they are clearly strong enough for the task at hand.Happy to recommend these!

Great replacements
I had a piece of furniture that I'm working on reupholstering and it had a couple springs that had broken their attachments. I like that these come with both iron frame and wood frame clips, though I've only used the wood ones. The springs themselves seem just as sturdy as the originals, and are painted or coated black. I don't really care about the color since you won't be able to see them, but I suppose it could offer some rust protection if you live in a humid area. The springs stretched just like they needed to, I like the clips to connect the springs too. The chair didn't have them before, but they do help keep the tension a little more evenly spread out.Overall, great set if you need to do some work on springs. I like the variety of sizes available too. I'll keep these in mind if I have other furniture that needs spring work.

Fixed my La-Z Boy recliner
Kids are tough on chairs. Mine had been jumping on our 15 year old chair-and-a-half when one of the springs supporting the seat let go, breaking off at the bend where it attached to the frame. I figured that was it for the chair, but this kit was exactly the solution I needed and it saved a $1500 chair! I admit, this repair isn't for the faint of heart-- there is some wrestling of steel and disassembly of structures not meant to be consumer-repairable. But it works!
