Does what it says on the tin?
First time an alternative medicine book has WORKED for me! I tried a little (very ) little M&S cayenne pepper in a cup of coffee in the morning & a cup of sweet tea at night. I have had shortness of breath & a crackle in my lungs for some time, GP's give prednisolone & antibiotics when it gets bad. After the tea with the cayenne my sinuses were clearer & I was breathing easier???? Is this a fluke or does the cayenne work? I'm not a fan of hot spices but if this works this well continually with no side effects I will be taking cayenne for the rest of my day's. I hope I can add to this post at a later date if cayenne keeps working for me ???

Informative
This lovely book, it very informative, backed up by research papers. It is very easy to read, no jargon. Simple recipes, to take Cayenne for different ailments, from the minor to major. I have been using Cayenne in a honey and lemon drink for few years now but this book has opened me up to other possibilities for its use. The author is careful to emphasise the amounts to be taken which is great as I would have been tempted to overload myself with Cayenne. Great little book, I am pleased I purchased.

Excellent succinct information
What a fascinating read - a great simple overview to explain why cayenne pepper is worth including as a daily tonic, with recipes for specific ailments.I have never liked chilli in food, and now I love my twice daily cayenne tea! What a change and I feel clear vitalityAlso, I cut myself recently gardening - the perfect time to test the coagulation effects of cayenne, and it worked immediately and perfectly ! No need for a plaster, on a deep cut about 1 cm length that started bleeding profusely. Stopped within a few seconds and wound stayed clear, never a risk of infection.

Very informative and well-presented
The media could not be loaded. I have been using organic cayenne pepper occasionally for a few years. Still, when I read Sharon Daniels’ book on the subject, I was amazed to discover the many uses and benefits of this wonderful spice! As a daily supplement, I add a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a glass, followed by about 200ml of mineral or distilled cold water; I find this beneficial. This book is very engaging, well researched and presented. The table of contents, headings, and supporting research information are helpful. Novelist Jane Austen once wrote: “… if a book is well written, I always find it too short”. I can apply this sentiment to Daniels’ Cayenne Pepper book! This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it.
