A Staple We’ll Keep Ordering

sticky and thick, but not in a good way
I must be doing it wrong: other reviews say "its not obnoxiously thick" and "works great for gummies" but it pours very thick, sticks to everything (spoon, bowl, etc) and DOES NOT entirely dissolve in heated gelatin mixture: I stirred for over 10 minutes and there were still brown streaks/spots in the molds after pouring. Either someone is lying or I'm a dummy. Honestly, either is likely to be true, but this is my second time purchasing 'liquid' (two different brands) and being disappointed with the end result- I'm switching to lecithin granules.

When you first open the seal it has the smell of cocoa. And I took a little lick of it and it really has the essence of that and then the savory butteriness of sunflower seeds it's really delicious I look forward to using this in my parfait in the morning

Superior Phosphatydl Choline
My orthomolecular DNA advisor recommended a sunflower based phosphatydl choline for my health. This product is easy to use and I take 1/2 Tablespoon a day which is half dose.

Rancid
This product arrived with brown pulp. It's supposed to be uniform in consistency. I kept trying to work with it only to find out that its appearance/consistency means that its rancid. Basically, it's old/expired. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to address the matter of returning it, it was 4 days too late.
