1 x Pratley Original Epoxy Putty. Approx 125g. Putty is eaily mouldable and can be moulded to any hape e.g gear knob pot handle crewdriver handle etc. et very hard even if ued under water. Ideal for use under water. Product ha been ued to repair unken hip prior to re-floating them. s suitable for indoor and outdoor ue. s suitable for use on metal cement concrete tone gla late wood and mot other rigid material. Withtand mot chemical mild alkaline oil and petrol. uggeted use lude repairing water leak and cracked concrete wimming pool; mending broken roof tile & cement garden furniture; emergency repair to metal work; to eal metal water tank gutter petrol tank and fuel line; repair leaking Welh plug on engine and broken vehicle engine ump or radiator; mend chipped and broken wah bain and toilet.

Review: Buy it - even if you don't have a leak in the house...yet! - Brilliant stuff. This saved me having to drain down the radiators in order to fix a tiny weep. The resin is easy to mix by hand, and even easier to use. It's particularly helpful that you can then paint over the resin once dried - and it dries rock solid! I hesitated about buying it initially, as it seemed pretty expensive, but I'm definitely a convert now. I think it's worth having a pack in emergency house supplies, as anyone can use it...and because you have to mix together two separate compounds to make it active, you can store the remainder without it curing, unlike some other leak fixes which, once opened, are then useless for later jobs. The instruction leaflet may raise a smile - it proudly gives highlights of all the places it's been used...it's the only South African product to have been taken into space....and it's been used to mend a Green Turtle's damaged shell, for example!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I'm thinking of using this to repair a hairline crack in a silgranite sink. The sink is beige, what colour is the putty?**
A: Greyish, I'm afraid.  Can the crack be repaired from the underside of the sink and not in view?  Could be a solution.

**Q: I have a steel boat. after a hull survey, i have a number (15) of small sanded to metal areas around 20 mm round. can this product be used to seal?**
A: I used it to seal a corroded Victorian water cistern with great success. It hasn't leaked since application some three years ago. I used six tubes though and built up coverage in excess of 20mm. I hope this helps!

**Q: would this work in plastic guttering?**
A: It might, but I think you need a specialist plastic weld adhesive rather than this putty which merely establishes a mechanical bond. I used it on a cast iron tank and that worked well. Plastics are tricky and I would  use a solvent based adhesive that is designed to weld plastic rather than merely adhere to the surface.

**Q: Can this product be used to stick tiles back on underwater in my swimming pool?**
A: Yes, exactly what I buy it for. It looks grey when you take it out of the packet, but when you mix it and apply it sets white.

I have used this product for years, but recently I made a hook in my pantry, made new knobs for my toaster when the original plastic ones broke, and fixed a headphone set where the plastic knob thing broke off the metal holder that holds the ear section in place. So now I can wear them again. It doesn't have to be used for huge jobs. 🙂 I have also used it in the past to make lid handles and pot (saucepan) handles. I was so happy to be able to buy this even though I now live in the UK. Thank you. 👏👏👏
