Super cool design!
Wow, I absolutely love the industrial design of this calculator! I got the black one with the eye-catching red accent on the front end of the calculator. Simply gorgeous! And then the fantastically fun mechanical key caps simply ties the whole product experience together. This is probably the most fun calculator I ever owned. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I actually look forward to making calculations with that super additive clicky mechanical key pad :D Yes, it works great and makes a wonderful and super cool keyboard click sound on every press! What a great idea whomever came up with this calculator design.Usability wise, these gentle concave keys do make inputting numbers absolutely accurate with a ton of positive feedback from each press. They even include a single digit delete key, which makes correcting mistakes really easy and fun. I do wish the screen was backlit as it can be a tad dark under certain lighting conditions. Or even better, if it came with a retro style green lit segmented digit display! How super cool would that be! Gen 2, please haha. Anyway, this is just a minor issue and a small wish. Even so, I do appreciate the slightly angled screen which definitely helps with contrast on the black and white display. One last minor shortcoming on this product - I wish there’s an actual off switch or better, solar-powered, so I can minimise battery power wastage. Currently, there’s just a button to turn it on, then you have to wait 7 minutes for it to time out and switch itself off. Of course, it’s still good that it turns itself off, but that 7 long minutes adds up to a lot of wasted power when not using it. Given how cool this calculator is, I will nonetheless put up with it though.Overall, this is a fantastic and super well designed calculator. It is a hair on the expensive side, but I guess you are paying for the cool industrial design, and more importantly, the calculator does work well. Uses good quality plastics on the keys and housing. Doesn’t feel cheap. In fact, it has a slight heft to it, which makes the product feel reasonably quality and well-constructed. I hope this calculator will work as intended for many years to come as I’m really enjoying using this product. I highly recommend it if you don’t mind paying for the cool design for a rather basic-featured calculator.

Cool desk calculator. Everyone loves it!
This is a pretty basic calculator, with the exception of its mechanical keys which are a bit unusual and a pleasure to use. That said, it's awesome if all you want is a basic calculator with a bit of a retro vibe! It gets good battery life, is easy to operate, and everyone who sees it can't help but give its keys a couple presses. The only downside is that there is no "off" button or switch. It powers down automatically after several minutes of non-use after being turned on, instead. This is a bit of an unnecessary battery drain, but on such a low-power device it doesn't seem to have any significant impact. It's not a downside exactly but it's worth pointing out that with its relatively large footprint and its mechanical keys it seems clearly designed to be used as a desk calculator, and as a result would be less than ideal for stuffing in a bag or something and taking it to school or on the road.Since I frequently don't have my phone on me when I'm at home, I've found I really like having this little guy on my desktop. I'm very happy with it!

Unique Design, A Bit Toy-like
This calculator does have a few things going for it: The design is definitely unique and attention grabbing. The angled display is convenient for desktop use. The rubber feet are a nice touch.Unfortunately however, it begins to disappoint rather quickly. Take the mechanical keys, for instance. It's a great idea, and the physical resistance and "clack" are certainly satisfying, but there is just too much horizontal play and wiggle in the keys. It feels like a toy, not a machine. The calculator itself functions well and I do appreciate the adding machine-like simplicity. The case is solid and durable, but the material adds to the cheap, toy-like feel. The battery cover is also terrible, I feel like I was lucky to get it back on without breaking it.Overall, this calculator is fine if you know what you're getting. It's a cool novelty, does its job well, and is fun to use. I just think that when most people see mechanical keys and a $20+ price point they are going to expect something a little better made, something that feels more precise and less toy-like. But honestly, if you are just looking for a conversation piece that can get a little math done now and then, this might be perfect for you.

Definably a conversation piece for your office desk.
I love the look of this calculator. The clicky mechanical buttons are fun to use and at times even when I don't need to calculate something that I will just sit there and click the buttons. Any co-worker that stops by my desk has commented on this calculator.I just wish that it had a solar charge ability like traditional office calculators have. Mainly cause I dont know how long the battery will last with me using it as a fidget tool as well. So Far its been fine, but will update if I feel that the battery life is long or short.

Super cheaply made
As soon as my daughter put the calculator on her desk the buttons popped off. The on and off button is missing due to the numbers popping out and flying all over. It’s cute but it’s not functional especially for how expensive it is!
