Not tempered glass, but excellent film
So, this is my second go-around with this model for 23 Ultra. The one I installed a year ago was a little tatty, time to replace. Probably should've left well enough alone since it was still functional! I dread a new screen protector install. Have I ever gotten one right the first time? Nope. So, I compounded that track record by abandoning the Spigen film for a glass one. I immediately couldn't get that to work with 8 million bubbles. Went back to Spigen. Despite my prior experience and one of the easiest installs around--the wet install really helps if you remember to do the phone screen, the back (adhesive) part of the protector AND your hands--I managed to screw up the first of the two protectors included. Hey, if I get one of two done properly, I'm reasonably content these days. Incompetence has a price. It really doesn't get much easier than this. After previously using this for a year, I can say that while the film acquired a little ding or two, the phone screen was kept safe and sound. Add a UAG case and all was well.

Easy buy
Ok so first things first, of you have an s23 ultra, you know finding a screen that will not peel on the curves is extremely hard.I cannot speak to other screens, but this one was easy to installWhen reading the instructions, I realized it used the word adhesive, which makes total sense, but I never considered that the protectors had adhesive on them. This got me thinking, alot of clear adhesives cure under uv light. So I installed the protector and waited. The curved edge didn't seem to want to stay down, so I pressed it down and shown a uv light on it. I can't say whether the uv light worked, or I just pressed it down perfectly the second time, but it's been a week and none of the curved edges have come up. This is a way better result then past experiences. As far the protector goes, it feels nice, no screen touch issues or fingerprint issues.

Basic S23 Ultra Screen Protector
If you follow the instructions carefully [and watch the Spigen recommended online video you should have no problems. Don't listen to naysayers]. I usually buy 9H harden glass screen protectors for my phones, but due to the S23 Ultra's curved edges, I thought I'd give this NeoFlex a try. By the way, I'm using the Spigen Rugged Armor Case (and yes, I left it on the phone for the wet install as video recommends).1- Prior to install, I gave the phone -without case on- a good wipe down with an IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) solution I made (half 91% alcohol from drug store and half distilled water from grocery store) to remove all grease and any micro residue from screen.2- I then cleaned the phone and screen with a microfiber cloth and used the dust particle stickers (if you run out of stickers you can use blue or green painter's tape). I reinstalled the phone case.3- Without waiting too long (since invisible dust in the air will start to deposit on the phone while it's lying there) I wet my hands, phone screen and NeoFlex screen protector very well with the included solution and positioned it in place quickly -be careful to center the camera hole on top first-.4- Used provided squeegee to push all the excess water from center outwards towards edges, made sure no bubbles were left.5- Waited -without touching it- for 15 min for everything to dry well.6- Re-entered my fingerprints once again. Boom... worked fine and no bubbles. No edges lifting either.Perfect fit & finish with Spigen Rugged Armor case. The NeoFlex fits like a glove!Note: Highly recommend you wipe down phone (or any surface you'll apply any sticker or adhesive film on) first with IPA solution to help screen adhere as best as possible.**Update after 2 weeks of use: The NeoFlex screen protector is very thin and flimsy, the S-Pen leaves tracks on the plastic film. The keys in my pocket also easily scratched the thin film. So I've removed the Spigen NeoFlex and installed a 9H glass type screen protector (Milomdoi tempered glass or IMBZBK glass protector w / liquid adhesive or Whitestone Dome Glass 2Pack) to actually provide better scratch resistance. Tempered glass is night and day difference when it comes to performance.
