Unfortunately there was no parts I could find to replace one that broke on the waste removal lid. We lost a flap. Works still but have a lot more litter mess so couldn't find FreeFa again and ordered a different brand to replace. Don't think these are purchasable anymore. :-( At least I could find them.

Unless you have money to burn, do not purchase. This product does not last and customer service is slow to respond

This is a great idea, but there are a few big problems: first, the drum rotates to filter out the dirty litter. Unfortunately, when it spins, the cat poop gets smeared all over the inside of the drum. This defeats the entire purpose of a self-cleaning litterbox, as the heavy, bulky drum has to be taken off and cleaned periodically. That's in addition to the bag of litter that has to be carefully tied to the inside of the drum (if you aren't careful, it will just spill all the dirty litter into the bag compartment).Secondly, there are a couple of tiny plastic pieces inside the drum that broke almost immediately. With great difficulty, I was able to find the manufacturer and contact them. They sent me a new drum, and the same piece was broken! I wound up drilling holes and using dental floss to hold it together.While it does work as advertised, it's just too expensive, too flimsy, and requires too much cleaning.

My cat and I are loving this litter box! Size is very big, but very lightweight and sleek design! Came fully assembled, all we had to do was plug it up, fill it and connect to our phone with Bluetooth! Really as simple as 1-2-3! My cat likes it, we went cold turkey and completely removed his old litter box and have had no accidents. Downloaded the app, but I don't know if it's necessary since it runs automatically. Also I don't think I need to know every time my cat uses the bathroom lol! Really great purchase!

If I spend $400+ on an automatic litter box, I would like it to be, well, automatic and worry free. But there are way too many issues. Even though it says its x-large capacity, there isn't really any room for any cat above small size. Both of my cats (one small, one med-large) walk in the box and pee- which will spill pee over the edge, where it collects on the bottom and starts to smell. Once the litter gets low (but before the low littler alert), this problem only gets worse. You lift up the barrel and there's a nice puddle of smelly cat urine. And adding litter is a pain, especially if you buy it in a large bag. One would think having an opening in the top instead of stooping over and trying to add litter to a 10inch diameter circle could be accommodated. Too many issues!

So far very pleased with this litter box. Pretty easy setup and my two cats warmed up to it with no problem at all. Only note is that when connecting to the machine for the first time you can't use 5g wifi since the machine can only connect to 2.4g. However once the machine is connected you can switch it back with no problem. Very happy with this purchase!

Our cats refused to go inside the Litter Robot4. I ended up getting this so they don’t have to climb up! The litter robot is far superior to this.

cons: if you have larger cats (14lbs-16lbs), don’t buy this product. when they pee, it leaks and collects at the sides and bottom. my wife had to put a paper towel at the bottom so it absorbs the pee, changing the bag is fine but it takes 5x longer to clean (wash and rinse), the fine litter particles collects under the bottom rubber matt, you have to unscrew the rubber to get the dirt out. only used it for 10 months. not happy with it. don’t invest on this one.pros: the settings are good, odor removal, safety features.
