Firm sturdy support for arch . Easily fits in most shoes for added support

Not a full plate. Only supports and limits big toe movement.
Because this carbon fiber plate has the other 4 toes cut out, the edge of the plate presses into the foot. I’ve been using a full plate without cutouts and getting good results.

Very lightweight
I ordered this carbon fiber insole for my mother in law that just recently had surgery done on one of her toes. The carbon fiber insole is very rigid. It still provides a lot of support on her foot, but does make it feel uncomfortable at times since she is not used to wearing this type of insole.
