Electrolyte drink:Taste: 4/5. Tastes very medicinal and salty, which is great for me because I like both those things, but may not be for you. Seems like there is no food coloring, which is another plus. It's not the best tasting, but given zero sugar, calories, and carbs, there is little you can do with taste. Can definitely taste the citrus, cannot taste the mango at all.Quantity: 4/5. Gatorade Electrolyte 20oz (which is the comparison I'll be using because it's the most common sports drink brand) is $2.50 on Safeway, which is 12.5c per oz. This drink is 14 servings, at 16 oz per serving, at $20. This means it's 8.9c per oz which is about 50% cheaper than Gatorade. Although this is significantly cheaper, if we compare this to Costco's Liquid IV, which is $30 for 30 servings, at 16 oz per serving, it totals up to 6.3c per oz. So it isn't by any means a rip off, but it could be priced more competitively, if sold at larger quantities in cheaper packaging (like a Gatorade powder jar).Nutrition: 5/5. If we compare this to Liquid IV, which is our new competitor, it's got (in my opinion) equal nutrition to that of the Liquid IV. It loses in vitamins B6 and B12, but contains more vitamin C, potassium, and is lower in sodium. It also has zero calories versus the Liquid IV's 45.Overall rating: 5/5. Great choice for dieting, but the product could honestly fix on the quantity issues easily without compromising taste and nutrition.

These are bomb. Everything I’ve ever tried from ProMera has been amazing, and these, too, don’t disappoint!The packets mix up easily after a few seconds of shaking in your water bottle. I added 20oz, because after sipping at 10oz, it was too strong+salty for me. I didn’t use a ball or anything in mine, and I still had no lumps. The taste reminded me of a lemon Gatorade- I didn’t get much mango. At 20oz, it was a good balance of light flavor peeking through.I love all the good stuff packed into these! I get my electrolytes to help me recover, or stay hydrated during a workout, AND I get creatine. Most similar supplements are an electrolyte/BCAA combo. I love that this one has creatine.While the price might seem a bit higher, it’s important to remember everything included. This isn’t just a Propel packet of powder, this is the real thing with high quality, natural ingredients.

These hydration packets are nice, I just poured a packet into a 16.9 fl oz water bottle and shook it a few times, perfect mixture, for some reason I thought it tasted more like lemon than citrus mango, but it was still good and easily drinkable, 400 mg sodium is great for medium to strenuous workouts, which is typical for me, however this does use Sodium chloride for the sodium, which does let the salty taste come through, the mix also contains vitamins C, B6, B12, Magnesium, potassium and calcium, and contains 750 mg Creatine HCI, which is the first I've seen this in an electrolyte powder mix.I was impressed this was naturally sweetened with no artificial flavors or colors, it uses natural flavors and rebaudioside a natural sweetener (stevia), it was pleasant to drink, and I really have no issues with this mix.Overall I highly recommend, it's not summer now, so I can't test in extreme heat, but I felt great after drinking, and it worked really well when using during my workout (mountain biking 15 miles), I liked the flavor, and it left no after-taste, contains 14 individually sealed easy-to-open packets.Made in USA with domestic and international ingredients.GMP facility.

I love that these are individually packaged. It makes it easy for my husband to keep them in his car and always stay hydrated. He liked the flavor of it with a bottle of water. It was easy to mix together, he just drank a little of the water poured this in and shook it up. It's great to get the extra boost of creatine when working out.

The CON-CRĒT® + Clean Hydration has a nice vitamin and electrolyte profile and is very refreshing after a strenuous workout. The creatine content (.75 grams) is pretty low compared to what one would normally take as a daily dosage (typically 5 grams), but to supplement an already established creatine daily intake it would be fine. I really liked the taste and the zero sugar content and will definitely purchase more in the future. I recommend to give it a try.
