Not upto the mark
Although Design is good, Product is light weight. Company claimed insulation of 6 hours but Hardly 3 hours of insulation is by the Product. False claim. Not recommended if someone is looking to keep tea/ coffee/ milk to carry to school/College/Office means for to keep hot/cold for longer time.

Broken product
I wanted to return or exchange the product as I was travelling I noticed it had a leakage and when looked closed it had a crack on the cap. I opened the parcel last week and noticed that my exchange period have expired. Please look into the matter and if you could please exchange it for me
