I prefer the rice cut over the noodle style. These did not have an odor and don't really have any taste. The are a nice gluten free alternative and have way less carbs than rice. They do expand and help to fill me up so I don't eat as much. Sometimes I'll mix the "rice" with my toppings and a little extra water or broth and store my lunch overnight so the "rice" pieces absorb the liquid and become rice sized.

Overall quality is good. Texture is fine, taste is fine (nothing...which is what it's supposed to taste like). It's quite expensive to order through Amazon because it's all water weight. Local grocery has more cost effective equivalents.

Im keeping a low card diet for many years. I have tried many types of shirataki noodles over the years and these needles are the first noodles i actually enjoy eating.Just a disclaimer: it doesn't taste like real pasta, the texture is not like real pasta, but it is noodles and with good sauce you can enjoy it.One of the surprising thing about these shiratakinoidle is that they DON'T STINK. Other shirataki noodles have a very bad smell. When you open the package you can't smell anything, which is great.

So versatile, you can fry in olive oil add to a stir fry, add to your favorite spaghetti sauce or put grated cheese and garlic on it..I was very impressed and surprised on how the texture, smell and taste was delicious also it was the perfect portion size

These angel hair noodles are great! I use them as ramen substitutes and they are perfect. The texture stays slightly al dente compared to traditional noodles that soften up more but I don't mind it at all. These are perfect if you're doing keto dieting.

I've been on a keto diet for the last 3 weeks. I was hoping i could use these to supplement some "pasta" in my diet. Like others have said, the consistency for lack of a better term "slimy".The bite for me was off and the flavor to me was a no go even paired with a szechuan paste i love. I truly did not expect it to replace regular or even wheat pasta. It was just to far for me . I threw out the other 5 bags. I so wanted this to be good. The 3 stars was only because this is all of my palate. they don't deserve a one star because of preference, some make like it.

I have used the spaghetti with marinara and meatballs. And also made with garlic butter sauce. It is a great pasta replacement.
