Idk how I hurt my neck. But everyday i wake up with a stiff neck everyday. It's been 10 months. I've changed my pillow 7 times, bought a new mattress, went to physical therapy for a month twice a week, used icy hot, a heating pad stretching exercises and an ice pack. Nothing got rid of the morning stiff neck. Not till I bought this weighted neck pad! It's been 3 days using this weighted neck pad and my pain is 95% gone!!! I cannot express how happy I am right now! I'm a lot less bitchy lol

Doesn’t stay warm for more than a few minutes.

Microwaved this per the instructions and it was barely warm- I returned it. Dissapointing!
