CCS to Tesla Adapter, CCS Charger Adapter 400A DC Fast Charging for Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X, CCS1 Tesla Charging Adapter Compatible with Level 3 Charging Stations with CCS Plug, Max. 200KW

Have a Tesla, so I do not expect to have to use this DC fast charger adapter very often at all. Bought it as a back up to use just in case I needed a fast charge and no Tesla chargers available at a reasonable distance. My vehicle will take a DC charge up to 170 kW and I used the adapter once so far to "Test" it and the charge ramped up to 160 kW at the max and I charged for about 10 minutes before ending the charge. I did not notice anything bad happen during the charge and no heating of the adapter during or at the end of the charge. It worked fine and I would recommend it especially for the price, since Tesla wants $250 for the same thing!

This works great when I use Electric America. Just wish EV industry went to one connection not 3

I've used this adapter 2 times, once on a Chargepoint DC Fast Charger, and once on an Electrify America Station. It worked great both times. I got up to about 140KW through the adapter, but i'm pretty sure it was my car limiting the charge at that point. The pins got pretty warm to the touch, but the adapter housing stayed cool. I like the smaller form factor compared to some of the other adapters, I keep it in my mobile connector bag and it fits fine.I removed 1 star because it doesn't include a carry case, the brand is kinda sketchy (in my opinion), the price is middle of the line for these, and the pins did get hot (but not worryingly so). It's not a perfect product, but it's good enough for my occasional use. If I were frequently charging with CCS I would probably go for the name brand adapters.

My Model Y is CCS enabled, so this was perfect when I went off the Supercharger network into the wilds of Canada. Keeping it in the frunk for further adventures.

Nice to have a compact adapter. But it arc'd and fused. See photo. Maybe using contact cleaner and a hibiscusity dielectric grease might have prevented this?

Works fine, no moving parts. Every Tesla owner should have one, as some hotels and businesses offer free charging but not with a Tesla plug.

This product works great. Secures easily to the charger and goes on smoothly to your Tesla.I definitely recommend getting this brand adapter.
