I recommend this brand. The pills are very small and easy to swallow. They are least likely to affect your stomach if you take with food. I do not have issues. I do find them effective. I am not constantly cold and have a little more energy

Slow-fee iron. I first started using it on my doctors recommendatiion. I have switched a time or two. But keep coming back. I have no side effects or intestional discomfort and my lab reports are good. I think the slow release, long actìng tabs work well.

The Slow-Fe iron is great. It helps raise my iron without upsetting my stomach. I also don't have a problem with constipation when I take them. The only thing I wish they would do is put the pills in a bottle. They are hard to individually get out of the package.
