So I am a avid supplement taker due to my understanding of how depleted our food are vital nutrients. Always research to make sure there is no conflict with your current meds& supplements which can easily be done online. I like to add supplements with caution. So for first couple of days I only added in one a day & saw no difference but when I added two my energy has soared out of the window. I don’t understand it but, I have been cleaning all week & able to sleep better at the end of each day. I also am experiencing mental clarity… If you didn’t know procrastination is not a symptom of being lazy, it’s a symptom of a very smart person being overwhelmed them flight or fight kicks in & we buckle down for an invisible battle of organizing those task. I've been buying products from Wild Foods for about 6 years now and most of them, have been of extremely good quality. That's why when I read recently that I might have low Magnesium I went directly to Wild Foods and ordered a bottle. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and I can't tell you that I have seen a big difference, but Mag is supposed to improve your sleep. Today, I noticed that my sleep pattern has changed since I started taking the supplement. See, I have sleep apnea and my machine that I use to give me a good night's rest also keeps track of how many times I get up to pee at night and how long I can go without waking up for any reason. Normally, meaning before the mag, I was getting up 3 to 4 times in an eight hour sleep. Today, I checked my report and I have had 2 interruptions per night for the last six nights and my first interruption keeps getting longer and longer. That's all I can report as of right now, but I will add more data if things change some more in the near future. My goal is to have zero interruptions or one at most! Will let you all know soon. I’ve had sleep issues for decades and tried just about everything, including hypnosis, melatonin, etc. Full Spectrum Magnesium works the best, so far. However I almost stopped using this particular brand, as my 1st order (from Amazon) was 1st delayed by a week, then, it just disappeared. No explanation. Just your “order won’t be delivered” and that was not until I had been kept waiting for weeks. Because I got off this much needed medication, my sleep scores were truly frightening. It got so bad that my Oura ring showed my time in Deep Sleep was down to less than 10 minutes per night, with REM at less than 30. Definitely dangerous! But, I decided to reorder. This time, it was delivered overnight! It’s been only 2 days back on Wild Magnesium Complex and both scores have risen over an hour each!!! Not great scores for most, but it’s a huge improvement for me. Please know it’s worth every penny! This brand is full spectrum magnesium. It’s the best out there and yes. It definitely works!

Helps a variety of health issues

This is a new product for me, and I’ve been in the market for a new Magnesium supplement. I was super excited to find one that has 7 different compounds I have only been taking it 4 nights, my sleep has gotten incredible fell asleep at 11:03 the first night something I haven't done in ages..no weird scent or taste ...this is indeed it .sleep wise thus far is good..even though the price is on the economical side it's still a bit expensive for some ...who I would love to really get this product.. apart from that the only thing I dislike it only last for 30days. will give a review after completion of tabs...this gets a 100 stars so far
