This handheld blender just died a few days ago and even though I'm not pleased about that, I must say for the 6yrs and 3 months that it did operate I was very pleased with its performance. In today's world of disposable everything, I guess a 6 year run for a $30 kitchen gadget is pretty good. Yes, I plan to buy it again.

I recently purchased the KOIOS 1000W Immersion Hand Blender, and it has become an essential tool in my kitchen. I waited for years to find best immersion hand blender.. This is amazing. I use the turbo the other button is a pulse setting. I am ecstatic. Now I can make eggs, tuna, etc. and salad dressing with my mayo. Trick is all is room temp. and oil is last ingredient.

I bet I am not the only one who doesn't like to buy an item for a price only to find out later on that the same item sells for half the price with more features/add ons.I paid more than $60 + tax for this item, now it sells for a little over $30. Tough luck, I guess, but that is not what I find worse about my purchase, the very worst thing is that my wife has not been able to use the blender consistently due to the TERRIBLE QUALITY in it. About a month after purchasing it, she noticed the whisker was not fully functional. It slipped and lacked power even for the lightest jobs. Finally, a little before warranty had expired, the metal part in the whisker attachment became loose and unusable. I had to contact the seller.That was something. First of all, they demanded I take a video of the failure and upload it to their website. The video HAD TO be 10-15MB or less (I am not sure exactly how large, but something ridiculous like that). Try to accomplish that with the current video formats available in phones, even in low quality. They are clearly trying to make things difficult for buyers to obtain warranty service. I only can imagine what it would be like for an older person to comply with such narrow-minded requirements.In the end, they did send me a replacement in the cheapest packaging I have seen. I wish I had taken a picture of it so I could post it here. THE REPLACEMENT ALSO BROKE after 5 (yes, FIVE) uses. My conclusion is that the plastic used to attach the whisker to the blender is too weak. It is doing the same thing as the original one, it keeps slipping when in use. I am even concerned about food poisoning given the loose plastic coming out of it.I am sorry I ever wasted my money on this product. I am even sorrier that you can find so many cheap-in terms of quality, not cost- products on Amazon. The review system used to be what made Amazon stand out among the rest of the companies, but it seems like Chinese companies have outplayed Amazon. I don't trust it anymore.

I have nothing more to say than IT IS EXACTLY what I was looking for. It has done evrything I have asked it to do so far. Wish I had this thing 40 years ago when I was doing dinners for 30-40 weekend guests. I have ALWAYS made everything from scratch, and no I did not have a team. This would have been worth 2 extra hands. WORK smart not HARDER
